Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within 6 business days after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS, also with signature upon delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing costs as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped with care, and special attention is given to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
